Steps

Take a mixing bowl,add roasted semolina with curry leaves, pulses, curd, salt, oil and water and mix it well. Pour all the mixed ingredients in a small bowl and steam it with steamer or a water bottom.

Steam for 20-25mins. After it cools down, keep aside in a plate.

Now take a frying pan, add oil and heat for a while, add mustard seed and fry until it colour changes into golden brown.

Semolina melino is ready to be served with tea.
