Ingredients

  • 5greenhouse cucumbers (sliced)
  • 1white onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1green bell pepper (julienned)
  • 1red bell pepper (julienned)
  • 3garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
  • 3 3/4 cupswater
  • 4 1/2 cupswhite vinegar
  • 2 1/4 cupswhite sugar
  • 1 tbspdill

    Combine all vegetables

    Mix water, vinegar, sugar, and dill together

    Add vegetable mix

  4. 4

    Allow to sit at least 24 hours
