Cooking Instructions

Daal or chawal ko paani se dho kar dahi ya chach me 3-4 ghante ke liye bhigo de. Fir mixer me dardara grind kar le. Is mix me namak daal Kar 3-4 ghante use ferment hone ke liye Rakh de.

Ek pan me 2 table spoon oil garam kar le , usme mustard seed or jeera daale.Tadkne per green chiilli or curry patta crush kar ke daale.

Fir haldhi powder, hing or lal mirch power daal kar gas band kar de, is mixture ko daal chawal ke paste me mix karein.

Ab steamer me paani garam kere, Plate ya jisme aap dhokla bana rehe ho usko oil se grease kar le, Aap ke paas batter tayyar he usme mitha soda half teaspoon daale, mix kerke grease ki hui plate me daal kar steam ke liye rekh de.

10 minute ke baad check karein, Knife daal kar check kar le.
(Wo bina chipke bahar a jaye to aapke dhokle taiyar he)

Nahi to 2 se 3 minute or steam hone de, Taiyar hone per desi ghee upper se lagaye.

Green chutney ya sauce ke saath serve karein, Garnish karte time coriander leaves ka use kar sakte hai.
