Heat a skillet with a thin coating of oil and lower the heat to medium high. Prepare sandwich with a generous load of ham and cheese. Dip entire sandwich into egg mixture flip and coat on each side with lots of wet egg mixture. Place sandwich in skillet alongside the next sandwich. Grill until toasty brown on the outside, dry up most of the egg in the grilling. Serve on a plate sliced into quarters with dollops of sour cream and fruit spread alongside fried potatoes.
