Boil some coconut milk, put on pandan leaves, and add some salt and sugar. Then, let it cools.

Mix rice flour and sago flour then sift it.

Pour some coconut milk into the flour mixture until we get a smooth and semi thick batter.

Heat the coconut milk, pour the batter in, and stir until it get sticky and smooth. And let it cools.

Cut banana leaves about 30x25cm

Take a spoonful of the sago mixture on the edge, put it on the banana leaf, put banana cuts in, then add another sago flour to cover. Fold the banana leaf and wrap the mixture.

Steam for about 25 minutes. And it's ready to be served.
