  • Carrots
  • White cabbage
  • Red cabbage
  • Cucumber
  • Radishes
  • Soya sauce
  • Lime
  • Ginger
  • Dipping sauce (peanut dipping sauce recipe to follow)
  • 2 tablespoonsSesame seeds

    Prepare the vegetables. You can chop, grate or run the through the food processor as you prefer.

    In a large bowl add boiling water and top up with cold so the water is warm but not hot. Soak a rice paper wrapper in the water for 5 seconds and put it in to a plate.

    Fill with veggies of your choice but putting the veg into the middle, fold in the corners and roll.
