Ingredients

250 gmswhite compound chocolate
1 tspdried rose petals & crushed roughly
1/2 tspsaffron strands
2 tbspmixture of mixed nuts grounded
Pinchcardamom,fennel seeds,nutmeg into powder
1/2 tspwhite poppy seeds

Steps

Using the double boil method. Chop the chocolate & on low heat melt it on a double boiler. You can also microwave it.

Meanwhile take a parchment paper. Draw a big square,using a pencil

Turn the paper on the other side,you can still see the outline

Once the chocolate is ready,pour on the paper. Spread evenly,making sure its not to thin. Tap to make it even

Once done quickly sprinkle the nuts mixture, the spice mixture, the dry rose petals,the saffron

Let this set. When just almost make the marks of the bark into squares.

When completely set, break them & arrange in your choice of tray or store in an air tight tin
