Cooking Instructions
- 1
Season the ribs with salt and pepper and let them marinate for a few minutes. Chop the onion and slice the garlic.
- 2
Heat a pot with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the ribs and cook on high heat for a few minutes to sear the meat well. Lower to medium heat and continue cooking until done. Remove and set aside.
- 3
In the same pot, add the chopped onion and sliced garlic along with a bit of the various herbs and cook until the onion is translucent and tender. Transfer to a blender and blend until you get a paste. Set aside.
- 4
Return the ribs to the pot along with the juices released and sauté for a couple of minutes. Pour in the onion and garlic paste. Stir well to combine.
- 5
Add the wine. Wait for it to reduce so the alcohol evaporates well, then add the broth, cover the pot, and cook until the meat is tender and the sauce is well made.
- 6
Ready to eat! Serve immediately with fries, rice, salad, or why not... a bit of everything! Enjoy your meal.

Pork Spare Ribs with Barbecue Sauce Pork Spare Ribs with Barbecue Sauce
This is a simple recipe that I can make without fail in my family's oven, stone oven, or Dutch oven the day before. You cook the meat through the day before in the steam cooker, so you do not have to worry if the thick meat has cooked through. Prepping the day before will transform this into tender and delicious meat. You can use brown sugar or maple syrup in place of the honey for a more intense flavor. For one 2 kg spare rib mass. Braised Pork Ribs in Peanut Butter Sauce Braised Pork Ribs in Peanut Butter Sauce
This recipe also was inspired to me from one of Sachie ‘s recipe. She used just soy sauce and honey, but as I loved peanuts, I added them to the recipe. I also like a little tartness in my ribs so I added vinegar. I found that the one- hour and 20 minutes cooking was perfect for the consistency of the meat. But next time, I will definitely get ribs with little more fat and a little less meaty than the ones I got this time. 2choi -

Pulled Pork with Barbecue Sauce Pulled Pork with Barbecue Sauce
Having worked in the Bronx (NYC) many years ago, I developed an appreciation for dry-rubbed pork shoulder roasted in the oven until it’s pull-apart tender. Since Melissa Clark, from The New York Times, explained how to make pulled pork, it has been my way of bringing back those memories.#pork #pulled #barbecue #protein #meat #dinner #sandwich #supper #lunch #dish #entree #Southeast #Carolina #South Ricardo -
