Vermicelli kheer is easy to prepare kheer recipe and is so delicious in taste.
Steps

Heat a wok with ghee and roast the cashew nuts and raisins and keep them aside.

In the same wok roast the vermicelli till they become golden brown in colour.

Add water and salt in it and allow it to boil for sometime by covering a lid over it till the vermicelli becomes soft.

Then add milk in it.

Allow it to boil for sometime till require your desired consistency and then add the sugar and roasted dry fruits in it.

Atlast add the cardamom powder in it and mix it well and switch off the flame.

Now your vermicelli kheer is ready to serve. Serve hot or warm or in chilled condition.
