Ingredients

  • 1 kgpalak
  • 250 gramspaneer
  • as requiredrefined oil
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 4green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspkitchen king
  • 2 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the washed and cut palak.

  2. 2

    Add besan and then mash it.

  3. 3

    Heat the pan with refined oil.

  4. 4

    Grind onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger garlic paste.

  5. 5

    Add this mixture in pan.

  6. 6

    Add all masalas.

  7. 7

    Add palak then rest for 5 mins.

  8. 8

    Add butter

  9. 9

    Then add Chopped paneer and mix saute for 5 mins.

  10. 10

    Your dish is ready.
