Rinse the rice with cold water until all the starch is removed.

Cook the rice with the same amount of water and add a little salt.

Cook the rice on high power for 2 minutes, then on low power for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and tuna.

Cut the crab sticks into very small pieces.

Wet your hands with water and a little salt, then take some rice.

Place the filling in the center of the rice.

Form the rice into a ball.

Flatten the rice with your hands to create a triangular shape.

Cut a small strip of Nori seaweed and place it at the base of the triangle.
