Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupyellow moong dal soaked 3 to 4 hours
  2. 1/4 cupchana dal soaked 3 to 4 hours
  3. 2 tbspsoaked rice 3 to 4 hours
  4. 2 tbspcorn flour
  5. 1 tspkashmiri mirch powder
  6. 1 tbspginger and garlic paste
  7. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  8. 1 tbspnicely chopped fresh corriender
  9. 1/2 tspsalt or as per taste
  10. 1 tsproasted and crushed cumin
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1/8 tsproasted hing powder
  13. 2 tbspolive oil for mixing and greasing
  14. as neededWater
  15. For Chat:
  16. 1 bowlwhisk curd
  17. 1/4 cupgreen chutney
  18. 1/4 cupimli and khajoor chutney
  19. 1 tbsproasted cumin powder
  20. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  21. 1 tbspchat masala
  22. as requiredfinely chopped onion, tomato and fresh coriander
  23. 2 tbspnylon sev
  24. 2 tbspbhuna masala chana dal

Cooking Instructions

    Take soaked moong and chana dal in a grinding jar and make fine paste and transfer in a mixing bowl.

    Like this grind soaked rice and make fine smooth paste of this also and transfer in mixing bowl.

    Add corn flour, turmeric, kashmiri mirch powder, ginger and garlic paste, green chilli paste, turmeric, hing powder, carom and cumin seeds,fresh chopped Coriander, oil, salt and some water and whisk till all mix completely and prepare a pouring consistency and keep aside for 10 minutes.

    For making waffels, Greased waffel maker with oil pour some batter over it and cook till it's crisp for both side.

    Make all waffels like this, Now serve hot waffels with whisk curd, chutney and all masala and chopped onion and tomato for more taste.

    Serve hot and crisp with roasted masala chana dal, nylon sev.
