Makes two lunches at once • Croque Madame: • sourdough bread baguette, sliced lengthwise in two halves and two slices • Enough Shaved ham like prosciutto or cooked ham to cover two bottoms • Butter • Bechamel sauce: 1 Tbs butter, 1 Tbs garlic,10 Tbs flour, 2 cups milk, 4 Tbs grated cheese • Thick slices of young cheese • Perfectly round fried farm egg with runny yolk, the egg should look like a ladies hat when topping this dish • Croque Monsieur: same as above but without the egg
