Thanks so much for the inspiration 😉 i have a Napa cabbage laid at the back of my fridge which i didnt know what to do with it. Then your recipe popped in the feed 😜 and it looks really yummy. So i try to make it what i have in the fridge, minced chicken, bologna instead. Quite like it but of course i bet it would be much more savory with pork belly which i intend to buy and try next time.
