Ingredients

4 to 6 servings
  1. 1 canpeppermint caramel treat(or any that you fancy)
  2. 500 mlcream
  3. 1 packettennis biscuits
  4. 1Peppermint crisp chocolate slab

Cooking Instructions

    Whip cream to stiff peaks. In another bowl, mix caramel until smooth

  2. 2

    Fold the caramel into the cream and grate some of the chocolate into the mixture

  3. 3

    Line a small rectangular dish with biscuits and spread the caramel mixture generously over the biscuits

  4. 4

    Add another layer of biscuits and repeat layering the caramel mixture until the final layer of caramel is on top.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate the dessert until it has set and garnish with some grated chocolate/ chocolate shavings.
