Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupchopped pineapple
  2. 2 tbspchopped mangoes
  3. 1banana diced
  4. 2 tbsppomegranate
  5. 1 tbspraisins
  6. 1small green chilli chopped finely
  7. 1/4th tsp roasted cumin powder
  8. 1/4th tsp chaat masala
  9. 1/4th tsp rock salt or salt
  10. 1 cupcurd
  11. 1 tsppowdered sugar
  12. 1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Chop pineapple and mango.Dice banana.Add fruits of your choice in a bowl.Sprinkle lemon juice. Add raisins and pomegranate.Beat the curd with a beater to make it smooth.Add powdered sugar if using sour curd.Add the chopped fruits and spices and toss all.Sprinkle chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.Garnish with raisins and pomegranate.Serve chilled.
