  1. 2 cupswashed pomo
  2. 6fresh habanero
  3. 1small onion
  4. 2 tablespoonsoil(red or vegetable oil)
  5. 2seasoning cubes
  6. Halfteaspoon salt
  7. Teaspoonginger and garlic pastes
  8. Teaspoonpeppersoup spice

Cooking Instructions

    Add the washed and cleaned pomo into a pressure pot,add 4 cups of water for a start,add salt,cover and cook for one and a half hour.

    Open and add ginger and garlic pastes,maggi,blended pepper and onion

  3. 3

    Stir well. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook again for another 30mins. Your peppersoup is ready once the pomo becomes very soft. Enjoy!
