Cooking Instructions

Step 1..
mix all the ingredients under kofta with the mince mix well, and make balls keep aside. - 2

heat oil add grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden. - 3

then add yogurt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder mix and cook on high flame for 2 minutes. - 4
Step 4..
now add water wait for a boil on high flame. - 5
Step 5..
add the balls and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame for 8 to 12 minutes. - 6
6: then add fresh coriander, green chilli mix.

Garnish it with boiled eggs,

8: serve hot.

NOTE: this dish has a thick curry but can also be served as a thin curry as well, depending on your choice
