Ingredients

  1. for making kofta
  2. 1/2 kg mutton mince
  3. 1 onion large
  4. 4 green chilli (grind to a paste)
  5. 1 tsp dry roasted gram flour
  6. 2 tbsp fried onions
  7. 8 cashew nuts (grind it)
  8. 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  9. 1/4 tsp mace
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp cumin seeds (dry roasted and crushed)
  13. 1/2 tsp: garam masala powder
  14. Handful fresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Step 1..
    mix all the ingredients under kofta with the mince mix well, and make balls keep aside.

    Step 2..
    heat oil add grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.

    Step 3..
    then add yogurt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder mix and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.

    Step 4..
    now add water wait for a boil on high flame.

    Step 5..
    add the balls and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame for 8 to 12 minutes.

    6: then add fresh coriander, green chilli mix.

    Garnish it with boiled eggs,

    8: serve hot.

    NOTE: this dish has a thick curry but can also be served as a thin curry as well, depending on your choice
