Take a mixer jar add chicken onion coriander leaves green chilli mint leaves basan salt cumin powder coriander powder red chilli powder grind well keep aside

Grind onion make a fine paste grind tomatoes and make fine puree take a pan add oil add cumin seeds and add onion paste and stir fry until smooth and add garlic paste and ginger paste stir fry and add tomatoes puree and stir fry and add salt red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder and stir fry and add curd and stir fry well cashwnut and brown onion grind add masala and stir fry until smooth batter and add kofty add some water bring boil keep slow Flame 10 minutes
