Made in a Rice Cooker Okara, Rice Bran and Natto Cake Bread Made in a Rice Cooker Okara, Rice Bran and Natto Cake Bread
I've been thinking up several recipes that use rice bran, but of all the baked type recipes this one is the easiest and healthiest I think. The stickiness of the natto counteracts the dryness of the okara, and the distinctive odors of the rice brain and natto cancel each other out for a very good result. I've made the ingredient amounts easy to remember, and used the sauce that comes with the natto to to eliminate waste.Adjust the cooking time depending on your rice cooker. When you are cooking the cake, it will smell like natto. (Some people may not like that, so just in case.) The cake itself has the flavors of the curry powder and the nutty sauce, so I don't think the natto taste is too strong. Recipe by miyuki12 cookpad.japan -
Rice Flour Bread in a Pound Cake Mold Rice Flour Bread in a Pound Cake Mold
I made this bread for my daughter who has flour and egg allergies. It's best to use rice flour with a thickening agent and trehalose in it. If using other flours, it might not be as fine and won't be able to absorb the moisture well enough, so they might not be good to use. Recipe by Chihimari cookpad.japan -

Rice Flour White Bread Rolls (with Condensed Milk) Rice Flour White Bread Rolls (with Condensed Milk)
I was going to make white bread rolls using rice flour, and when I rounded off the dough I wanted to make a pull-apart bread instead so I made a white pull-apart bread.I used a pan with a non-stick coating, but I lined the bottom with kitchen parchment paper anyway so that the bread would be easy to take out.If the top is getting browned during baking, cover with aluminum foil. Super Easy! Chewy Rice Flour Banana Cake Super Easy! Chewy Rice Flour Banana Cake
I came up with a simple cake! Since it uses rice flour, you don't need a sieve or a rubber spatula!Ripened bananas will not only taste great, but they'll be easier to mash.It would look extravagant when baked in a muffin tin or if you double the amount and bake it in a square pan. If you have an extra banana, I recommend you slice it and top the cake with it. Recipe by Tsumutan cookpad.japan -
Walnut Raisin Rice Cake 호두 건포도 찰떡 Walnut Raisin Rice Cake 호두 건포도 찰떡
WALNUT RAISIN RICE CAKEA version recipe of mine based from a mistake, but it turned out so good! The mistake was that I confused the package of rice flour, to glutinous rice flour! 🤣 My supposedly, dried fruit and nuts rice bread turned into an Asian rice cake which happened to be something similar to the popular traditional treat called Yongyang Chaltteok 🤯! What a splendid happy accident this is!I made this using an oven (cause I thought I was making bread!), but the Korean way is to steam this treat. Do whatever you think is more convenient for you 😉.This recipe is gluten free, and perfect for Keto and Type O diet.Tools needed:* if for oven: 3x5" loaf pan* if for steamer large plate, or bowl than can fit your steamer* baking paper The MissFix
