Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong daal
  2. 1 tspgarlic paste
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. 1chopped tomato
  7. To tastesalt
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 2 tspoil
  12. as requiredCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled daal along with salt and turmeric powder with enough water.

    Now prepare daal fry take a pan put into oil and heat it put into cumin seeds and saute it.

    Now put into ginger and garlic paste and add chopped onion and saute it 2 min and then add chopped tomato and mixed it and fry it 2 min and put into all spices mixed well.

    Now put into boiled daal and mixed it well and put into coriander leaves.

    That is ready and serve it garam chapati.
