  2. Teaspoonyeast
  3. 1large egg
  4. 1/3 cupsugar
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 3 spoonsbutter
  7. 3 spoonsmilk powder
  8. 1/2 cupwater
  9. Teaspoonvanilla

    In a bowl sift the flour.add yeast and sugar and stir.add the salt and egg.whisk then add vanilla. Stir well then gradually add water to form a dough.knead then add the butter. Knead for 30-40mins. Divide dough into small balls,80 or 90grms each.rub some butter on a working surface,pick one ball and roll until it's smooth and round. Place on a parchment paper.

    Repeat process for the remaining dough.apply melted butter and allow to double in size. Deep fry both sides on low heat till golden brown.
