  10. 1 tsproasted zeera powder
  11. 1/2 tspchat masala
  12. 2chopped green chilli
  13. 1 tspkuti mirch

Cooking Instructions

    Maiday chan lein phir usme ajwayen ghee add karen.

    Zeera salt b add kar ke achi tarha hathon se mix karen.

    Warm water se goondh lein

    Hath pe thora sa ghee laga kar dough ki surface pe laga ke kuch dair ke liye rest dein.

    Potatao masc kar ke golden brown piyaz green chilli aur tamam spices mila lein.

    Hamara potato stuff ready hai

    Ik round roti bail ke us se sqare piece cut karlen.aur do part ke mazeed strips cut karlen.baki ke ik piece par stuff rakh ke sec piece se cover karlen.

    Sec piece se cover karne ke baad in strips ko alternate rakhte jayen.

    Hamara mat samsa fry hone ke liye ready hai.

    Sec samosa b same process se ready karen.

    Now it's frying

    And ready when it become golden brown in colour.

    Serve with ketchup.
