Cooking Instructions

Cut veggies and wash. Place a pan on fire add Palm oil and blended pepper n stir fry add seasonings and potash/baking powder (to remove the sour taste).

Put the veggies and let it cook until tender (you can add little amount of water if you like). Your sauce is ready.

Sift flour and put in a bowl,add seasonings and blended pepper stir and add soaked yeast pour water as required and make a smooth batter(not watery). Slice onion and stir close and let it rise for some minutes.

Set a pan on fire and deep fry in hot oil,make a hole in the middle. Remove when golden.
