  12. 15almond ya as your required

Cooking Instructions

    Sub sy pahly rice ko 2 hours ke liye soak kar ke rakh dein

    Phir aik bary pan main pani dal kar boil any dein

    Jub boil a jaey to rice wash kar k pani main dal kar cook karein

    75 sy 80% cook hony tak

    Ap aik pani drain kar ke thanda pani dal kar thora spoon sy rice ko phila dein tak rice APus main jurain nahi khuly khuly rahin

    Phir usi pan main ghee dal kar green Elaichi dal kar garam karein

    Phir milk or sugar dal kar cook karein

    Medium flam per 5 mint cook karein spoon chalaty huey

    Jub sugar desolve ho jaey or half mik reduce ho jaey to rice add kar lein

    Rice mix kar ke cover kar ke low flam per 10 sy 15 mint tak cook karein

    10 mint ke baad bht carefully pan ka dhakan hataein steam sy apny hands face ko bachaty huey

    10 mint ke baad milk kafi soak kar lia ho ga rice ny

    Ab thora high flam per rice ko bht ahtayat sy chalty Huey 2 mint or cook karein

    Ab 3 food colours main 1 by 1 1 tbsp milk dal kar mix kar dein

    Phir rice per pahly ashrafiyan sprinkle kar dein almond ko bhi garam pani main dal kar skin remove kar ke dal dein

    Phir one by one 3 clour sprinkle kar dein

  17. 17

    Phir cover kar ke 5 mint low flam per cook karein

  18. 18

    Phir dish out kar ke sweet dish ke tor per lunch ya diner main serve karein

    Note : aik tip agar kisi waja sy ap ke rice soft nahi hoty thory hard ho jaey to half cup milk add kar ke low flam per cover ke ke dobara cook karein to ap ka matanjan prefect ho jaey ga
