Soak chana for 8/10hours

Boil chana with salt and tea bag in pressure cooker

Heat oil in pan add onions saute it till light golden in colour add garlic ginger paste saute it add tomatoes puree mix it cook till oil separate from sides

Add boiled chana and dry spices red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder salt mix it add water to adjust consistency cook it add chana masala coriander leaves serve with poori naan bhatura with salad roti
