I thought of this idea when I was making Oreo brownies that I saw from a different baker on here. When I saw I had extra mix and a mini cupcake tin I thought about brownie bites. So easy to make and delicious as well. Good for kids lunches, on the go treat and for any special occasion.

The second time of baking a Brownie. Absolutely satisfied! I have cut half of sugar in original recipe, less sweet, more taste!Let try!

A fabulous brownie. Medium - rich, and not overly moist. I have always preferred a brownie that was much more than just some half-baked batter like most brownies are. I also believe that icing belongs on cakes, and should never be anywhere near these. But a glob of vanilla ice cream is always a good addition!

Frankly, I didn't start this as a brownie. I wanted to use the pineapple but wanted to combine it with cocoa. I didn't have enough of the latter so I added some Nutella. And, of course, I had to have some caramel syrup. Came out so delicious ...
