Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl and add potato, onion,matar, jeera powder, chat masala.

Add chilli and coriander and mix well.

Roll out bread and thin it. Now add 1 tbsp potato masala and roll it.

Make slurry.

Dip the roll in slurry. Now add coat in bread crumbs.

Take a pan and Add ghee. Fry the roll in low flame till golden colour.

Ready bread Roll.
