Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1chopped yellow bell pepper
  2. 1chopped red bell pepper
  3. 1chopped yellow onion
  4. 2-3chopped cloves garlic
  5. Ground turkey
  6. Avocado oil
  7. Quinoa
  8. Fresh spinach
  9. 4sliced fresh tomatoes
  10. Jalapeno stuffed olives

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and chop the bell peppers, onions, and garlic.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, add the ground turkey. Place all vegetables into the bowl and mix them. Form thin patties.

    On stove (you can also cook on the grill), use avocado oil. Cook until done.

    Instead buns, use quinoa. On the plate, place the quinoa and add tomatoes and olives on top. Surround it with fresh spinach. Place the turkey patties on top of the tomatoes. Add avocado on top of the patties.

    Serve.
