Ingredients

  2. 2 tspyogurt
  3. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  4. pinch orange food colour
  5. as requiredWater
  6. as requiredGhee for frying

  10. 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  11. 1/4 teaspoon kesar

    Firstly take maida in a bowl.

    Then prepare yogurt, baking powder, orange food colour and make medium to medium thick batter with water as needed.

    Now keep the batter covered for 10-15 minutes.

    Then heat the ghee in a pan. Now put the batter of jalebi in the sauce bottle And make a round jalebi in the pan.

    After the jalebi comes to a boil, turn it over and fry until crisp

    Fry all the jalebi in this way.

    Now add 250 grams of sugar in a pan for its syrup, add 1 large glasses of water to it. And put it on the gas. Unless it is gummy. Also, add some saffron.

    Then add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to it now slightly boil and turn off the gas.
