This Eggless Coffee Cake is for all those coffee lovers. I am sure they will love it. Not sweet and has a strong coffee taste. I used Bru Instant Coffee and made it in Air Fryer.

This Eggless Coffee Cake is for all those coffee lovers. I am sure they will love it. Not sweet and has a strong coffee taste. I used Bru Instant Coffee and made it in Air Fryer.
Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp instant coffee powder (I used Bru). To it, add sugar and mix well.

Add milk 1 tbsp at a time. Mix till it becomes light in colour and creamy and sugar is dissolved.

Add oil or butter. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Sieve together refined flour and baking powder and add to the coffee mixture. Mix well and make a smooth batter. Add milk in between. We need approximately 1/2 cup milk. Batter is now ready.

Grease a cake tin with butter. Line it with butter paper.

Pour the batter in the cake tin. Tap few times to remove air bubbles.

Pre heat the air fryer/oven. Place the cake tin in the air fryer and bake at 180° for 15 minutes. Oven could take 25 minutes to bake. After 15 minutes check the cake. If a knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean means that the cake is done.

Remove from air fryer and let it cool down. When cool, remove the cake from cake tin. Remove the butter paper. Soft and moist coffee cake is ready. Cut into pieces and serve with a hot cup of ginger-cardamom tea.
