I had spinach leaves..but you can use coriander leaves , phudina also. For healthy version wanted to make it in Airfryer..but couldn't make it crisp from outside as required.( It became more soft). Hence deep fried it for tea time snacks.

Cooking Instructions

Wash poha in running water. Keep aside for 10 mins. Wash and finely chopped spinach leaves and coriander leaves, green chillies ginger in chopper. In mixing bowl add mentioned ingredients.(Expect oil for frying). Mix well.

Prepare equal portions from prepared dough. Roll into cylindrical shape.

Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden brown.

Serve /Relish Delicious Hot Poha Cutlets with tomato ketchup.
