Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsleftover white lentil (udad dal) batter (dahiwada batter)
  2. 1big Onion chopped
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 2green chillies finely chopped
  5. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves (dried)
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. As neededWater
  8. As neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl, add the leftover batter, chopped onion, Cumin seeds, chopped dry coriandor leaves.

    Along with finely chopped green chillies, salt and water.

    Mix it well and make thick batter. Pour oil in the pan for frying. Put pan on medium flame.

    Now take water in another bowl. Deep both hands. Take batter with one hand and put on that another hand fingers. Make hole in the middle.

    And put in hot oil. Same way make one by one. Deep fry it.

    Fry it in golden colour. Drain the oil and take it out all the vadas.

    Serve the vada with piping hot Sambhar.
