Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsspring onion
  2. 400 gramspotatoes
  3. 1 tbsphaldi
  4. 1 tbspmirch
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    First Slice potatoes and spring onion finely chop.

    In a pan add oil add potatoes saute it 5 minutes then add white onion and saute add haldi mirch and salt and saute it till potatoes cooks fully

  3. 3

    Finally potatoes switch off gas and then add spring onion and mix it well and serve hot with chapati
