Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 5-6boiled potatoes
  3. 4finaly chopped green chilli
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. salt as per taste
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. leavesSome chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add mashed potatoed and all dry masala than mix it well.

    Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix it.

    Now in another bowl add wheat flour,salt and water as needed to knead a soft dought.

    Divide the dough and make small bolls of the dough.

  5. 5

    Dust the boll with some wheat flour and roll it in a circle of about 5 to 5.5 inches in diameter.

    Stuff the stuffing and roll slightly thick.

  7. 7

    Heat the tava and cook the paratha till golden brown by adding some oil or ghee.

    Serve hot with chutney.
