Ingredients

  1. 1 kgAll-purpose flour
  2. 4table spoons Baking powder
  3. Margarine
  4. Orange zest
  5. 4Eggs
  6. 1/2 cupMilk
  7. 1/4 cupSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

    Add margarine until the texture of mixture is sand like.

  3. 3

    Whisk your eggs and milk together the add to the dry ingredients and knead till it's no longer sticky cover with a cling film and let it rest for 30 mins.

    Roll out, cut into desired shapes and deep fry.

  5. 5

    Serve when cooled.
