Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 2 cupWatermelon waste white part (remove the green part from peeler)
  2. 2-3 dropsred food colour
  3. 2-3 dropsyellow food colour
  4. 2-3 dropsorange food colour
  5. 2 cupsugar
  6. 2 cupwater
  7. 2-3 dropvanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the watermelon into small cubes and boil it in water until it turns soft.

    Make sugar syrup by adding water and sugar together and boiling it for 5 minutes until it turns thick and sticky. Add vanilla essence in it.

    Put watermelon cubes in the syrup and rest it for 10 minutes until it absorbs sweetness.

    Separate the watermelon and syrup into three bowls in equal proportion and then add three-three drops in each of three different food colors.

    Let it rest for 5 minutes and then separate the watermelon from syrup and let it dry for 5-6 hours on seive. Tutti fruity is now ready to use.
