Wash rice and boil with curry, not fully done.Wash and keep aside.

Put pot on medium low heat, add oil when hot fry you Gizard and sausage. Add ginger, garlic, maggi, a little of yellow pepper and pepper.strain and keep aside.

In same pot with oil pour in carrots, green beans and peas fry for some minutes. Add peppers, green pepper,gizard and sausage spring onions and fry.

Finally pour in rice, add maggi keep stirring until done. Enje.
