Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Sieve flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a separate bowl.

In another bowl, mix sugar and margarine until it is smooth/fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time then finally add the vanilla essence
- 5
Add the flour, and buttermilk, alternating between the two until your batter is smooth.
- 6
Put the mixture in 2 separate baking tins, and bake. Nb, do check and regulate your temperature depending on your oven.
