Boil the potatoes. Peel and grate them. Add a pinch of salt and mix with the kima

Roll out the pastry. Cut into 16 pcs.

Roll each pc again. Then place the kima potato mix and close the pastry to make a pie

Grease a baking tray. Place the meat pies on it.

Beat an egg. Rub the egg on the pies. Bake in a preheated oven at 170'c for 20 min.
