Ugali with fried liver and greens

Ingredients

  1. 2medium size Onions
  2. Garlic
  3. Ginger powder
  4. 4Tomatoes
  5. Bunchspinach
  6. 1/4 kgLiver
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put liver in a pan on low heat and add ginger powder. Cover the pan until all the liquid is drained.

    Add some oil, onions and garlic and cover until the onions are soft.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and salt. Stir fry till ready.

  4. 4

    In a separate pan, heat oil. Add onions and garlic and saute.

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and cover. Let cook until it forms a thick paste. Add salt.

  6. 6

    Add the spinach and cover to steam.

  7. 7

    When ready, serve with ugali or a dish of your choice.
