Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupRajma(kidney beans)
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 3chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 2-3 tspoil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsphaldi/Turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsprajma masala
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 tspcoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    First soak rajma for 1hour and then boil give rajma atleast 4 to 5 whistle other hand in pan add oil,chopped onions and ginger garlic paste

    Cook the onion masala till it turns brown,add tomato puree and add all dry masala and cook till it leaves oil

  3. 3

    Check rajma is boil and add masala in boil rajma,water and again cover the cooker lid and give 2 whistle

    After 2 whistle your rajma is ready to serve with boil or jira rice
