    Sab se pehle piyaz ko cheel kar chop kar lein

    Ab us me sare masale dal dein

    Ab us ko do hiso me taqseem kar dein

    Ab ek hise me anda dal kar ache se phent lein

    Ab ek pan me oil ko ache garam kar ke phente hue ande ko dal dein or low flame par pkaen

  6. 6

    Jab ek side pak jae to use palat dein or doosri side paka lein or nikal lein

    Isi tarah doosra bhi bana lein

    (precautions) ande ko low flame par pkaen warna anda toot jae ga
