Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 1 cupBaisan (gram flour)
  2. 2-3Potato
  3. 1 tspZeera
  4. 1/2 tspLal Mirch powder
  5. 1/2 tspSalt (to taste)
  6. 1/4 tspHaldi
  7. 1/4 tspSumac(optional)
  8. 1/4 tspZatar(optional)
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Water as required

    Wash & peel potato.cut thin round/oval slices of potato.

    Mix salt,lal mirch powder,haldi in baisan & make a smooth batter with water.there should be no lumps in batter.

    Add potato slices in baisan.

    Add sumac & zatar in baisan.

  5. 5

    Potato slices should be dip in batter.heat oil at medium flame. Coat potato slice in batter & add to oil. One by one.add all.when t golden from one side then turn to other.

    When pakora are crisp golden.take out from oil.sprinkle pinch of sumac zatar over pakoray & serve hot.enjoy with cookpad.
