In a pan, Add 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp water. Stir well at medium flame till the sugar dissolves completely.

Once it caramelizes to golden brown colour, Add 3 cups of Milk and stir well till the caramelized sugar dissolves into milk.

Then Add 1/4 cup condensed milk and let the milk boil to half.

Once the milk is boiled, turn off the flame. And let it cool down until it’s lukewarm.

In a bowl, take 1/2 cup hung curd and whisk it completely to avoid lumps.

Once the milk cools down to lukewarm temperature, add the whisked hung curd to milk and mix it well.

Transfer it a air tight bowl or a clay pot covering it with aluminum foil and let it sit for 8 to 10 hrs.

Once the curd is set, keep it in freeze for few hours and serve it.
