    Fresh milk boil krlain.boil ky baad milk main 1 cup pani milain.

    Milk main sugar add krdain,low flame py simmer hony dain jab tak swiayan bhun jain.

    Garamghee main Illachi krkrain. Swaiyan tor (break) kar ky add krain aur medium flame py golden fry krlain.jalana nahi hy. Spoon sy stir krty rahain.

    Golden swiyan milk main add krdain.flame medium py rakhain stir krain.low flame py simmer hony dain 5-10 mint so that milk garha bhi hojye.

    Chouary (dried dates) cut kar ky aur khismish (raisins) add krdain serve krny sy pehly pista badam ki hawian (slivers)sy garnish krain.

    Mazedar sheerkhurma tayar hy.paish krain aur dad wasool krain
