Cooking Instructions

    Wash and blend your tomatoes, pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic, pour them in pot and place the pot over heat, boil it for 15-20mnts, then add palm oil and veg oil and chop onion fry it for 3mnts,

    Add curry, thyme, dry fish, kpomo, meat and seasoning continue frying it for 5-10mnts then add little water

    Mix the egusi with little water to form a paste, start scooping it with a spoon and drop it inside the pot, cover it and allow to cook 10mnts

  4. 4

    Add your ugu leaf star the soup well and allow to cook for 10mnts. Then serve it, I serve mine with tuwon shinkafa its yummmmy😋😋😋
