રાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

ઉપરના બધાજ ઘટકો લઈ લો.

2 વાટકી ચોખા પાણી થી સાફ કરી 30 મિનિટ પલાળી રાખો પછી પાર બૉઇલ કરી લો ઓસા વી લો.બહુ ગડવા દેવા નહિ

પાલ ક ના પાન સાફ કરી ગરમ પાણી મા બોઇલ કરી મિ ક્શ ર મા તે ની પ્યો રી બનાવો.

બધાજ વેજીટે બ લ પા ર બૉ ઇ લ ક રી લૉ

એક પેન મા ઘી ને તેલ મૂકી તેમાં જીરું લવિંગ તજ ઇલાયચી મરી નાખી સાંતળી લો.

હવે પેન માં કાંદો સાંતળી લો

હવે બોયલ વેજિટે બ લ નાખી સાંતળી લો ને બિરિયાની મસાલો નાખી તૈયાર કરેલ દહીં નાખી મિક્સ કરી લો. થો ડી પકવી લો.

ત્યાર બાદ પા લક ની પ્યોરી ને અદરક લસણ ની પેસ્ટ નાખી હલા વી મિક્સ કરિલો.

હવે આ મિશરણમાં બોઈલ્ ચોખા નાખી હલાવી ઢા કન થી બંદ કરી થોડી વાર પકવી લો.

હવે ગરમ બિરિયાની પ્લેટ માં સર્વ કરો.

The stuffing should be well binded so as to be able to eat neatly. As a binder, you can use some mashed potatoes/paneer/cheese/thick sauce/masher beans etc. There has to be some moisture such as white sauce/Red sauce/salsa etc.Here I've used white sauce with mix veggies. You can skip all the other veggies and use only corn and spinach.My hubby and I loved this combination, but my daughter prefers the rajma beans stuffing.If this item is consumed solely, one adults will need 3 Quesadilla.
