ઘટકો

2 time:6-7 hrs... prepare time:20 mins

  1. 250gms chole,1 medium potato,4 onions,1tbs garlic ginger chilli paste,5 tomatoes,punjabi whole masala (jayvantri flower, aelcha,star,black pepper,dry red chilli,clove, cinnamon, cumin, mustard)
  2. 100ગ્રામ oil,hing,kasuri methi,salt, chole masala, chilli powder,haldi, coriander powder,chat masala

    First soak dry chole in medium hot water for 6 hrs.

    First put cooker on gas fill with dry chole and potato pieces..add salt as per taste.boil it.

    For gravy: heat the pan..add oil in it...whole punjabi masala add with some asafoetida, chilli powder,haldi, coriander powder and chat masala.add chopped onions and tomatoes mix well.add garam masala and salt as per taste.

    Cover vessel (pan) for 6-7 mins..mix well. Garnish with kasuri methi...serve with bread/roti/rice/paratha/kulcha/bhature/puri..onion slices and hot gulab jamun made it so yummy
