Ingredients

  1. 1 kgBeef boneless
  2. 1pao Chana daal
  3. 1cinnamon stick
  4. 4black pepper whole
  5. 2big cardamom
  6. 2small green cardamom
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. 1 inchginger
  10. 1whole garlic
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. 2red button chill
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. 2onion
  15. In the end for mixing in mixture
  16. 1 tspchat masala
  17. 2 tspcoriander leaves
  18. leavesFew mint
  19. 2 tsplemon juice
  20. 2 tspchopped green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    1st wash & soak daal chana for 20 min in water..

  2. 2

    Wash & cut boneless beef into small pieces botti.

  3. 3

    In pressure cooker add beef boti, chaana daal & all spices whole & grounded..add 2 1/2 cup water..cook on medium flame for 15 min..

    Check that booti & daal tender, if it has remaining water then dry it on high flame..

    In chopper, chopped it..

  6. 6

    Add 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 tsp green chillies chopped & few mint leaves & add 1 tsp chat masala mix well with hands..

    Now make small kababs & shallow fry it..

  8. 8

    Serve it with chapatii..
